ELMIRA, N.Y. (AP) — Authorities say a 36-year-old upstate New York man used a frying pan to beat another man to death three years ago. Officials in Chemung County tell local media outlets that Robert Storms of Elmira has been charged with second-degree murder, assault and robbery in the missing person case of 53-year-old Douglas Hubbard , also of Elmira.
